Follow for optimal results!
1 Please AVOID heavy exercise (cardio, HIIT, spin, etc.), tanning + excess sun exposure, pools, saunas, hot tubs, tight clothing, and intimate contact for AT LEAST 24 hours.
2 You may start to EXFOLIATE 2-3x a week (not everyday) AFTER 24 hours post wax using a chemical exfoliant only. My #1 favorite chemical exfoliant right now is SweetSpot Labs Buff & Brighten exfoliating pads. It prevents ingrowns from forming and brightens any dark spots from past ingrowns! Bare Skn 101 recommends that you DO NOT use any manual exfoliators (dry brush, exfoliating gloves, scrubs) for the first week. You may alternate using manual and chemical exfoliators on the 2nd week post wax.
3 MOISTURIZE your vulva and bikini line with your favorite non pore clogging oil/lotion or my fave hydrating
4 LESS friction the better! Try avoid wearing tight underwear or clothing for a long period of time. Go commando often! If you're not quite comfortable doing that, try wearing no underwear just a night while sleeping.
